Charles and Elizabeth (Betty) Bikle grew up in Franklin County. As adults, they dedicated their lives to serving the people of this community through Charles' medical practice and through their enthusiastic volunteer work in numerous organizations within the Cumberland Valley. This fund was established in 2003 by their three children to honor their parents and to reflect Elizabeth's love and dedicated support of the arts. It provides funding for programs and projects in the field of music and the arts in Franklin County.
