Harold and Elsie Swenson Fund

This fund was established by Elsie Swenson and her husband, the late Harold Swenson, who served as Mayor of Harrisburg and in many volunteer capacities. Mrs. Swenson was a member of the Foundation's Board of Directors, Chairman of the Allied Arts Fund, and President of the Harrisburg Symphony Association. This fund supports the maintenance of Swenson Plaza as well as other sites in Riverfront Park and the Harrisburg park system.
