This Unrestricted Fund was established in 2000 by Velma A. Redmond to honor the memory of her father, Henry H. Boozer. After living many years in Philadelphia where he was an active community volunteer and supported numerous charities, Mr. Boozer relocated to Cumberland County where he continued to enjoy his love for music and photography.
