| ||Janice R. Black, President and CEO|
Ms. Black joined TFEC in September of 1994. Prior to joining TFEC, Ms. Black worked as executive director of Edgewater Psychiatric Center. Ms. Black holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from George Mason University. Ms. Black has served on many boards within the community including the American Cancer Society, Leadership Harrisburg, Goodwill Industries, Rotary Club of Harrisburg and Delta Dental of PA. Additionally, she served as district governor of rotary district 7390 in 2006-2007. When Ms. Black arrived at TFEC, the assets totaled approximately $5 million. At the end of 2013, TFEC assets were approximately $73 million.
| ||Mark Bradshaw, Administrative Assistant|
Mr. Bradshaw joined TFEC in January of 2011. Born in Minneapolis, Mr. Bradshaw grew up in Camp Hill and graduated from Camp Hill High School. At college in Bridgewater, Virginia, Mr. Bradshaw majored in Education with minors in Fine Arts and PE. Prior to joining TFEC, Mr. Bradshaw worked as House Manager at the Whitaker Centre for Science and the Arts from 1999 to 2009. Since leaving Whitaker, Mr. Bradshaw has worked part-time between The Foundation for Enhancing Communities, Pennsylvania Place, and the Art Association. He also volunteers for Theatre Harrisburg, the American Heart Association, and the Humane Society.
|Kirk C. Demyan, Chief Financial Officer|
Mr. Demyan joined TFEC in May of 2001. Prior to joining TFEC, Mr. Demyan worked as the Director of Finance for Northwestern Human Services, Inc. Mr. Demyan holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Moravian College. Mr. Demyan has spent his entire professional career serving the community by working for nonprofit organizations. Mr. Demyan is responsible for TFEC's finances, investments, human resources, and technology.
| ||Jennifer Doyle, Director of Development & Community Investment|
Ms. Doyle joined TFEC as a program officer in August of 2008. Prior to joining TFEC, Ms. Doyle served as the Director of Workforce Development for Goodwill Industries Keystone Area, and as the Director of Mental Retardation services for Northwestern Human Services. Ms. Doyle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s degree in health administration from the Pennsylvania State University. After serving as a program officer for two years, Ms. Doyle held the title of Asset Development Associate for nearly a year, working with new fund development and managing existing funds and projects. In November 2011, Ms. Doyle was promoted to the Director of Development & Community Investment and now oversees both the development and program departments. Ms. Doyle is a graduate of the Leadership Harrisburg Area Community Leadership Series Class of 2012.
| ||Leslie Fick, Program Manager, Parents & Partners|
Prior to joining TFEC, Ms. Fick worked as the clinical supervisor of a therapeutic foster care program at Pennsylvania MENTOR. Prior to Pennsylvania MENTOR Ms. Fick worked at Pressley Ridge managing a federally funded marriage education program for low income families along with holding the duties of executive assistant to the President and CEO. Ms. Fick holds a master’s degree in Counseling Studies from Capella University and a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from the University of Delaware. Ms. Fick currently works in conjunction with the Program Manager for Capital Beginnings to implement the Community Innovation Zone program grant that was awarded to TFEC and its partners from the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare, Office of Child Development & Early Learning
| ||Deb Fulham-Winston, Asset Development Associate|
Ms. Fulham-Winston joined TFEC in November of 2012. Prior to joining TFEC, Ms. Fulham-Winston served as the Director of Development for Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, the Elm Street Program Manager for Carlisle, the Vice-President for Public Affairs for Planned Parenthood of Northeast and Mid-Penn, the Vice President for Development of Planned Parenthood of the Susquehanna Valley, the Director of Philanthropic Initiatives for WITF, Inc., the Alumni Director of Penn State/Dickinson School of Law, Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for The HACC Foundation, the Development Director for the South Central AIDS Assistance Network and the Campaign Coordinator for Dickinson College. Ms. Fulham-Winston has a master’s degree in American Studies from the University of East Anglia (Norwich, England) and a bachelor’s degree in English from the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, MA). Ms. Fulham-Winston currently serves on the boards of the Cumberland County Library System Foundation and the Carlisle Arts Learning Center. As TFEC’s Asset Development Associate, Ms. Fulham-Winston assists individuals and organizations wishing to establish and maintain a project with TFEC and is the staff person for the Asset Development Committee. Ms. Fulham-Winston also works with the Women’s Fund and assists donors with establishing charitable funds.
| ||Jennifer Kuntch, Program Officer for Community Investment|
Ms. Kuntch joined TFEC in January of 2011 as a program associate. Prior to joining TFEC, Ms. Kuntch worked as an administrative assistant at NAI CIR, a major local real estate agency. Prior to NAI CIR, Ms. Kuntch worked her way up the ladder from administrative assistant in the sales and marketing department to director of sales and marketing at IGI Global, a local STM publishing company. Ms. Kuntch holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing from California University of Pennsylvania. After managing scholarship programs for over a year, Ms. Kuntch now works with competitive grantmaking and community investment programs. She is responsible for all grantmaking programs and administration, administrative support for a variety of projects including: website updates and database maintenance.
| ||James Lloyd, Communications Officer|
Mr. Lloyd joined TFEC in March of 2013. Prior to joining TFEC, Mr. Lloyd worked as the Technology & Marketing Specialist at the Hershey Federal Credit Union. Mr. Lloyd received his Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communications from Lebanon Valley College in May 2011. Mr. Lloyd is responsible for developing writing content for a variety of materials, both print and electronic, including: the website, newsletter, social media, fundraising appeals and collateral, fact sheets and case pages, event invitations, programs, brochures, donor profiles, talking points for speeches, and other initiatives.
| ||Jim Martin, Senior Financial Advisor|
Mr. Martin joined TFEC in September of 2007 as a financial services associate. Prior to joining TFEC, Mr. Martin served as a senior payroll and lease accountant with Foot Locker, Inc., and as a financial analyst with National Claims Administrative Services of PA. Mr. Martin's duties include account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and serving as liason with our Management Service Agreements.
| ||Allison Moesta, Program Officer for Educational Enhancement|
Ms. Moesta joined TFEC in June of 2012 as a program associate. During the summer of 2011, she interned with before returning for her final year of college. Ms. Moesta graduated from West Chester University and holds a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in French. Ms. Moesta is responsible for all scholarship programs and administration, assists with administrative support on a variety of projects and assists with the TFEC Web site.
Ms. Moesta is a graduate of the Leadership Harrisburg Area Community Leadership Series Class of 2014.
| ||Jeanne Predmore, Project Manager, Capital Beginnings|
Ms. Predmore joined TFEC in June 2011 to help complete a grant from the Office of Child Development and Early Learning of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. When that grant was eliminated in the 2012-2013 state budget, TFEC decided to continue the program, change the name to Capital Beginnings and keep Ms. Predmore as program coordinator. Ms. Predmore graduated from Indiana University of PA with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Early Literacy from Wilkes University. In addition to her part-time duties at TFEC, Ms. Predmore works part-time as the Early Childhood coordinator for South Middleton School District.
| ||Brandon Tressler, Financial Services Associate |
Mr. Tressler joined TFEC in April 2013. Prior to joining TFEC, Mr. Tressler worked as a Transportation Cost Analyst at Clark Distribution Systems and a Staff Accountant at IGI Global. Mr. Tressler received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Bloomsburg University. Mr. Tressler's duties at TFEC include entering Accounts Payable and contributions into the system, primary point of contact for projects regarding finance and accounting needs, liaison for some of the management agreements and other duties as assigned.
| ||Chera Yankowski, Executive Assistant|
Chera joined TFEC in December 2014. Prior to joining TFEC, Chera worked in the Human Resources field at FCI USA LLC., a global electronic manufacturing company from November 1999 - June 2012. She volunteers at many organizations such as the American Heart Association, M1forVets Project, the Wounded Warrior Project, and the Ronald Mc Donald House. Chera is responsible for providing direct support to the President and CEO and Board of Directors of TFEC.
