TFEC can perform many internal functions for nonprofit organizations. Through a comprehensive management agreement, TFEC provides a proven and ready-made structure that other organizations can adopt and incorporate as their own. The organization retains legal ownership of its assets and maintains its own governing body. TFEC can be contracted to provide the administrative, investment, grantmaking, and transactional services. (Note: TFEC is not chartered as a bank or investment services company, and therefore cannot provide investment services except as part of a comprehensive management agreement.)
