Graduating seniors from high schools in Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry counties, with a GPA of 2.5 or higher, planning on attending a school of higher education, and whose study shall be of business focus (management, administration, finance, actuarial sciences, etc.); also includes students studying trades such as cosmetology or HVAC with the intent to own their own business
