- Residents of Dauphin, Cumberland, or Perry counties
- Desire to pursue a course of study in preparation for engineering, medical school, dental school, nursing, physical therapy, or other medical related fields
- Academic achievement
- Extracurricular activities
- Service to the community
- Financial need
- Essay
- Supplemental documents. This may include a resume, letter(s) of recommendation, transcript, FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR), or other scholarship-specific documents. Specific requirements are noted in the application.
Essay
Describe your interest in your chosen field. Essay should be titled, 300 words maximum.
Renewability
Recipients of this scholarship may apply again for a maximum total of 4 years. Students must submit a full application but may be prompted to complete a different essay.
