Peggy Wagonhurst Character Recognition Fund

Peggy Wagonhurst was a lady of great personal integrity and character, devoting her life to her husband and children. She expressed her artistic ability through singing, painting, and sewing. This fund was established by her husband, Arland, to recognize a Carlisle High School student of good character.

This scholarship is a restricted scholarship and has no application. The recipient of this scholarship is selected by a predetermined set a criteria that was created by the donor(s) that established this scholarship.
