TFEC is honored to serve as a steward of your trust, and we sincerely extend our gratitude to all members of the FWG Dream Team who have generously contributed to the FWG Endowment Fund. Your support is crucial in enabling us to collectively provide impactful grants to local nonprofit organizations dedicated to empowering and uplifting women and girls in our community.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Fund for Women and Girls Listening Sessions in Spring 2025. Your voice matters and we heard you! Your insights and experiences help shape a brighter future. As we step into 2026, we’re excited to reimagine the Fund for Women and Girls with renewed energy and purpose.
With excitement, we announce several new opportunities for 2026 that will allow all Dream Team members to forge stronger connections with the women and girls who benefit from the FWG grants. You expressed a desire for TFEC to create pathways for Dream Team members to network collectively, thereby amplifying your impact within the community. In response to this need, we are launching three exciting initiatives starting today!
Review and Vote on FWG Grantee Applications:
Exclusively for Dream Team members who make an annual gift of at least $100 to the FWG endowment fund. They will have the opportunity to participate in the review and voting process for FWG grantee applications. This initiative will provide you with a firsthand understanding of the projects supported, enabling you to have input on the allocation of funds directly.
Volunteering and Networking Opportunities:
TFEC will organize volunteering and networking events two times a year for members and pledges. These gatherings will not only foster connections among Dream Team members but also provide a platform for us to work side by side with our grantees, creating meaningful experiences and support for those we aim to uplift.
Educational and Networking Session:
TFEC will host two educational workshops and networking sessions for members and pledges designed to enhance your knowledge of the issues facing women and girls in our community. These sessions will feature guest speakers, panel discussions, and interactive activities.
