  • Festival Setup/Breakdown

Festival setup begins at 6:00 AM on Saturday and ends at 10:00 AM. All vendors MUST enter through the South Gate on Vine Street and be checked in by 10:00 AM. Between 10:00 – 10:30 AM, vendors may walk in additional products, but vendor registration will completely end by 10:30 AM on Saturday. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter with vehicles; all items must be carried to your space.

Note: If a vendor would like to setup Friday afternoon, please make a note of it in the Additional Comments field at the end of the application. The Vendor Committee Chairperson will contact you to confirm approval of early setup and assign you a time to arrive.

Vendors are responsible for the setup, clean up and breakdown of their own area in a timely and orderly manner.
