Leslie joined TFEC in 2015, as one of the program managers of Parents as Partners and is now a member of TFEC’s Early Education Initiative team. Leslie earned a master’s degree from Capella University in counseling studies and holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources with a concentration on early education from the University of Delaware.
Prior to joining TFEC, Leslie worked as the clinical supervisor of a therapeutic foster care program at Pennsylvania MENTOR. She also worked at Pressley Ridge managing a federally funded marriage education program for low-income families along with holding the duties of executive assistant to the President and CEO. Additionally, Leslie previously held the position as a psychological evaluator and a National Association for the Education of Young Children program validator.
Leslie serves on several local boards including Capital Area Coalition on Homelessness and the Early Learning Resource Center Leadership Council.
