A Night Out for Women & Girls

The Central PA chapter of the American Marketing Association, in partnership with the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC, invites you to a half-day event designed to help business professionals, students, nonprofit leaders, and entrepreneurs better understand how to build a personal brand and avoid common pitfalls along the way.

What to Expect
Morning Session: Personal Branding Through a PR Lens
The event kicks off with a guided session led by Brett Marcy of Apollo Communications. Drawing from his experience working with professionals and organizations, Brett will explore the benefits and potential risks of building a personal brand alongside a business or employer. He will share practical strategies for gaining visibility, building credibility, and avoiding common mistakes that can undermine trust. A Q&A will follow the session.
Networking Lunch
Attendees will enjoy a networking lunch with fellow professionals from across Central Pennsylvania. This time is designed to encourage meaningful conversation, idea sharing, and new connections across industries and career stages.
Panel Discussion: Personal Branding in Practice
The afternoon concludes with a guided panel discussion led by Dominic Colardo, member engagement manager at the Harrisburg Regional Chamber. Panelists include Ellen Min, associate director for student access & achievement at Dickinson College; Sara Bozich Surra, CEO and founder of Cheers Harrisburg; and Vishnu Patel, relationship manager at Presence Bank.
Panelists will share their personal journeys, discuss how they intentionally built their personal brands, and explain how they leverage those brands for professional growth and success. The session will conclude with a Q&A.

Catherine Baye Easton, MD, OB/GYN
Catherine Baye Easton, MD, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. She practices at Women First Obstetrics & Gynecology-UPMC and is affiliated with UPMC West Shore, UPMC Community Osteopathic, and UPMC Harrisburg. Dr. Baye Easton received her medical degree from the University of Yaoundé I and completed her residency program at UPMC Pinnacle.
Mehreen Qureshi, MD, cardiology
Mehreen Qureshi, MD, specializes in cardiology and is certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She practices at UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute, and has completed her residency program at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Dr. Qureshi has completed a fellowship in cardiology at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and an advanced cardiac imaging fellowship at Columbia University.
David Silver, MD, women’s behavioral health/psychiatry
David Silver, MD, specializes in psychiatry and is certified in obstetrics and gynecology and neurology by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He practices at UPMC Women’s Behavioral Health Specialists and is affiliated with UPMC Community Osteopathic, UPMC West Shore, and UPMC Harrisburg. He completed his fellowship program at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, residencies at University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Union Memorial Hospital at Baltimore, and medical degree at Sidney Kimmel Medical College – Thomas Jefferson University.
Robyn S. Holder, ND, CNHP, CHS, CNC, MH
Robyn Holder is a holistic nutritionist, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve optimal health and well-being. As President of Full Circle Vitality Group, LLC, she provides holistic nutrition guidance, corporate wellness programming, and complementary health education designed to empower sustainable lifestyle change. Susquehanna Nonprofit Summit
Nonprofit professionals and community leaders from across South Central Pennsylvania are invited to attend the Susquehanna Nonprofit Summit, a free, one-day regional conference focused on connection, collaboration and shared learning.
Held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel & Conference Center, this event will bring together nonprofit staff, executives and board members to explore today’s most pressing challenges and opportunities and leave with practical ideas they can put into action.
The conference is being planned by a regional partnership that includes Adams County Community Foundation, The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC), Lancaster County Community Foundation, the High Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Partnership for Better Health and the York County Community Foundation, with sponsorship support from RKL and WellSpan.
The conference will feature keynote speaker Leslie Crutchfield, co-author of Forces for Good: The Six Practices of High-Impact Nonprofits and a nationally recognized expert on social impact and nonprofit effectiveness.

Harrisburg Hoopla 2026
Get ready, Harrisburg. Hoopla is back on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
Harrisburg Hoopla is a full day of action where friends, coworkers and neighbors team up to take on physical challenges, puzzle games and activities you will not find anywhere else. Each team selects a local nonprofit to represent, allowing them to win money that will be donated directly back to the community.
It is competition with a cause, filled with energy, laughter and connection. At the end of the day, your fun creates real impact. A portion of proceeds also supports the Emerging Philanthropists Fund at TFEC, which helps new leaders strengthen Central PA.
