Students who are legal dependents of full-time employees of the Beistle Company; second preference may be given to students graduating from Shippensburg High School; third preference may be given to students graduating from high schools within a 30 mile radius of Shippensburg.
Students who attend school within the city of Harrisburg and children of the employees of NRG Energy (Harrisburg office) or Harrisburg Hilton and Towers.
Students who are present or former residents of one of the following Pennsylvania counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, or York, and currently enrolled in an architecture degree program.

The Gary D. Radine Scholarship Fund of the Holding Company System of Delta Dental of California was established in 2016 as a project of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities. This scholarship program is for the children of employees of Delta Dental to assist with college tuition expenses.
