Kowallis Family Scholarship Fund

The Waynesboro Community Concert Association (WCCA) established the Kowallis Family Scholarship Fund in recognition of longstanding community service by Gerald (Jerry) Kowallis as a high school vocal director, member and former President of WCCA and his family’s life long support of music. This scholarship will support a graduating senior from Waynesboro Area High School who is an active participant in the music department and is planning to pursue a program of music studies in college.

The Kowallis Family Scholarship Fund is a fund of the Franklin County Community Foundation, a regional foundation of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities.

This scholarship is a restricted scholarship and has no application. The recipient of this scholarship is selected by a predetermined set a criteria that was created by the donor(s) that established this scholarship.
