Waynesboro Community Concert Association’s Joseph Bowers Scholarship Fund

Waynesboro Community Concert Association (WCCA) provides scholarships to graduating Waynesboro Area Senior High School (WASHS) students continuing post-secondary education in music. The recipient of the WCCA Joseph Bowers Scholarship Fund is selected by the WCCA and the WASHS Music Teacher.

This scholarship is a restricted scholarship and has no application. The recipient of this scholarship is selected by a predetermined set a criteria that was created by the donor(s) that established this scholarship.
