Celina Bertovic joined The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) in August 2022 as a Scholarship Program Officer. Prior to joining TFEC, she spent two decades as a Physical Therapist Assistant before transitioning into education, where she served for seven years with the Central Dauphin School District. There, she helped high school students prepare for college and careers by guiding them through scholarship searches, financial aid, resume writing, essay development, and other post-secondary planning resources.
Celina is passionate about empowering students to pursue their dreams by making higher education more accessible and affordable. She enjoys equipping students with the knowledge, confidence, and resources they need to navigate the scholarship process, maximize opportunities, and take the next step toward a successful future.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, taking day trips, hiking, swimming, attending church, and gathering for Saturday night family dinners.
