Erin Gilbert

Erin joined the TFEC team in March 2022 as Donor Services Associate and was promoted to Philanthropic Officer in 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Mount St. Mary’s University, a master’s degree in Community and Economic Development from Penn State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University. Erin is also a graduate of the Leadership Harrisburg Area Class of 2024 and the Emerging Philanthropists Program Class of 2023. Prior to joining TFEC, she spent six years in the Development Office at the Penn State College of Medicine.
