Jess joined The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) as a Philanthropic Officer in 2026, bringing more than a decade of development experience with local and national nonprofit organizations. She has always been passionate about work that brings people together and strengthens communities.
Born and raised in South Central Pennsylvania, Jess has a deep appreciation for the people and places that make the region special. Her local roots inform her commitment to philanthropy and her belief that when thoughtful giving meets strategic opportunities, positive and sustainable change is created.
Jess earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and political science from Alvernia University and is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster’s Class of 2026.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time in nature, reading a good book, and exploring new places with her husband.
