Kim was named Vice President, Philanthropy at The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) in December 2025. She brings more than 20 years of experience in philanthropy, having spent most of her career working with individual donors, professional advisors and corporations to help them achieve their charitable goals. In her role at TFEC, Kim leads the Philanthropy team to inspire generosity across the region and ensure that each donor’s charitable intentions are honored.
Prior to joining TFEC, Kim served as Vice President of Donor Relations at United Way of York County, where she provided strategic leadership for the organization’s fundraising efforts, with a particular focus on major giving. Earlier in her career, she held a variety of roles in healthcare and higher education.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of the Children’s Aid Society. She is a proud graduate of Leadership York’s Leadership Training Program (Class of 2013) and Mentorship York (Class of 2023).
