Stefani McAuliffe is the Vice President of Community Impact at The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC), where she oversees the administration of all discretionary grant programs and scholarship activities within the organization. She leads efforts to ensure that impact aligns with TFEC’s mission, values and equity-centered approach, identifying emerging community needs and policy trends to adapt strategies accordingly. Stefani is a member of the leadership team directly responsible for developing and implementing strategies that give rise to an effective system of resource investments. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Community Impact and Annual Giving at the United Way of the Capital Region, where she provided strategic leadership to advance equity-focused initiatives and oversaw the organization’s annual fundraising campaign. Stefani brings a cross-sector background in nonprofit, healthcare and consulting. She previously served as Senior Project Director at Tripp Umbach, where she led economic impact and feasibility studies, and as Director of Mission Integration at UPMC PinnacleHealth, developing public health strategies and leading community health needs assessments to improve outcomes for underserved populations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University, a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University and has completed the Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania.
