This fund was established to go right to the heart of meeting emergency needs of individuals residing in Perry County. The income from the fund will be funneled through various non-profit agencies to provide such things as food, heating fuel, vehicle fuel, and transportation to work/training. This fund is destined to become a major fund within the PCCF.
