This fund was established by the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators in memory of one of its past presidents, Dr. Jerry Stout. Income from this fund is used to support the continuing professional development of school leaders by underwriting the cost of major speakers, and by purchasing significant works from the literature on leadership and learning for use in seminars and discussion groups based on those works.
