A Unique Opportunity for Homeless Service Providers in South Central Pennsylvania

Health and Housing: A regional conversation on NEW funding opportunities and services to assist homeless individuals and families

Wednesday, November 9, 2016
8:30am to 12:15pm
Colonial Park United Church of Christ, 5000 Devonshire Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109

Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Lancaster, Lebanon and York Counties

The invited counties are experiencing increases in homelessness, reduction or flat lining of funding, more demands for services, and reduction of affordable housing. Homeless individuals travel from county to county depleting resources in search of support. This gathering is an opportunity to gain information on innovative issues, programs and resources in the area of housing and health. We highly encourage participants to bring their brochures, flyers, etc. to share with others. Idea exchange is highly encouraged.

Register by emailing your name, agency, and contact number to Amanda Martin at Amartin14@lghealth.org.

"TFEC is family to us. It means a lot to have the fund at a place where people cared about Zachary when he was alive, and care about this memorial fund that we’ve established in his honor."

Pillars with Purpose

"TFEC has a can-do attitude. They're invested not just in getting the job done, but also emotionally invested—which makes for a great partner."

Owen's Fund

"I think it's really important that we have a structure and an entity like TFEC to help the community thrive."
