About Alexis
Alexis Cordier, a graduate of Camp Hill High School, was a compassionate individual whose life was marked by kindness, joy, and a steadfast commitment to justice and equality. Diagnosed with kidney disease at 15, she underwent two transplants, receiving kidneys from her mother Sandi and later from her youngest sister Tarah. Despite her health challenges, Alexis remained a vibrant presence, sharing her warmth with family, friends, and her beloved pug, Lucy Jean. While on dialysis and in need of another transplant, Alexis passed away unexpectedly in September 2021 at the age of 39. Her legacy continues to inspire our mission at Alexis Gives Back!, reflecting her enduring spirit and dedication to enhancing the lives of others.
