The Lehman Employee Assistance Fund has been created to provide financial assistance to employees in an emergency. Lehman has provided the funding for this Fund from its profits and additional funding has been provided by several personal donations. In the future, Lehman employees who choose to, may elect to make tax-deductible donations through one-time or annual gifts.
