The purpose of the project shall be to provide nonpartisan analysis and research through a quarterly luncheon series that features a panel of experts who will examine broad social and economic problems and possible solutions to public policy challenges facing Pennsylvania women and families. The luncheon includes a panel, moderator, and question-and-answer period. Statewide coverage of the luncheons is provided to 3.3 million Pennsylvania households by PCN.
