The charitable purpose of this project shall be to lessen the burdens of government, promote social welfare and combat community deterioration, by providing flexible financial assistance to nonprofit organizations, county agencies and departments in Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, and Perry Counties as well as the northern York area of Dillsburg. To support immediate initiatives or activities that address a specific violent incident, crisis or natural disaster in our community that will contribute to community capacity building and/or community healing. This project intends to assist our community in responding to improve community safety, well-being, and resiliency.
