Harrisburg Hoopla Weather Protocol
Harrisburg Hoopla will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather or other conditions that may affect the safety and health of participants, event officials reserve the right to delay, postpone or cancel the event. We work with local law enforcement to be sure conditions are safe for participants. The decision on cancellation will be made whenever possible, no later than 12 hours prior to the event. Weather delays or cancellations will be posted on Harrisburg Hoopla Event Page and TFEC social media.
