    • Lead agency and local community foundation who has been providing community engagement around early education for more than 10 years
    • Former LEARN and CEG grantee with a primary focus on reaching children and families who are un- and under-served
  • Harrisburg School District
    • Working specifically with the principals, teachers, and Parent Engagement Staff at Foose and Downey Elementary schools (pilot location for programming in Year 1)
    • Identified as the primary partner to help reduce the number of at-risk children within the district that ranks 492 out of 496 of Pennsylvania school districts
    • Parents & Partners will strengthen existing partnerships with the Harrisburg School District to close the achievement gap for at-risk students by Grade 3
  • Capital Area Head Start
    • Parents & Partners will enhance existing partnership by collaborating with Head Start to reach un- and under-served families on the waiting list and provide training support for teachers and partners
