OVERVIEW: This Event Planning Form will guide you through the information TFEC needs to support your event. As a fiscal sponsor, TFEC is legally responsible for the funds received on behalf of the sponsored projects and insuring that the funds are used for charitable purposes. You are required to submit this form and budget to the Philanthropic Officer as soon as you begin planning your event. If details change during the planning process, it is your responsibility to update the Philanthropic Officer on those changes. Events will not be placed on the TFEC webpage and are not permitted to move forward if these forms are not received in a timely manner.
