Charles T. Sciotto Award For HR Excellence Fund

The Charles T. Sciotto Award For HR Excellence Fund provides the Capital Area Public Human Resources Association (CAPHRA)  an annual award to recognize leadership in Human Resources with Pennsylvania State Government. The award can be used for professional or educational opportunities of the winners’ choice.

This scholarship is a restricted scholarship and has no application. The recipient of this scholarship is selected by a predetermined set of criteria that was created by the donor(s) that established this scholarship.
