Darin Kehler Scholarship Fund

The Darin Kehler Scholarship Fund was established to provide educational support to a graduating senior student at Tri-Valley High School who plans to further their education at a post-secondary institution. In honor of Darin Kehler, a Tri-Valley and Yale University graduate, the scholarship will support a strong academic student who also excelled in other extracurricular endeavors.

Scholarship FAQ

Criteria

  1. Tri-Valley JR./Sr. High School graduating senior enrolling in a four-year college or university as a full-time student  
  2. Academic achievement, minimum GPA of 3.0 
  3. Demonstrates strong character and extracurricular contributions  
  4. Preference given to students planning to pursue extracurricular activity at their post-secondary institution ( i.e. band, athletics, theater) 
  5. Financial need 
  6. Essay
  7. Supplemental documents. This may include a resume, letter(s) of recommendation, transcript, FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR), or other scholarship-specific documents. Specific requirements are noted in the application.
