Larry C. Sheibley-Beasom Third Highest Ranking Academic Scholarship Fund

this scholarship fund will be awarded annually to the third academic performer, the Third Highest Ranking Academic Student, of the Newport School District. The scholarship will be paid, following the successful completion of graduation from Newport High School, toward tuition and fees and book expenses for a college education and is to continue over (4) years.
