I grant to The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) and The Fund for Women and Girls (FWG), the right to use any media (photos, videos, testimonials, etc.) submitted by me or taken by TFEC staff in connection with the FWG events and activities. I also grant TFEC and the FWG to use my name in publications with relation to FWG Dream Team, events, and activities. On my behalf , I authorize TFEC and the FWG, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that TFEC may use such media for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, web content and social media (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). If this form is not returned within thirty days of receipt, it will be our understanding that you have given permission to all of the above.
